Having trouble with GPU power management: GTX 760 stays at 1020MHz always.

So according to HWMonitor, my GTX 760 is not affected by Apple Graphics Power Management kext, and according to my research, I should try the following:

1. 
   

   Switching system definition to either iMac13,2 or MacPro3,1 (have tried, did not work)

   
   


2. 
   

   Editing said kext and including some data like my device id of my GTX 760 (no idea how to do that)

   
   

So any help?
