I was an avid mac user for about 4 years. Then I got really into PC gaming and made the switch to windows. Now recently I picked up an Acer S3 381-6448 Ultrabook and am planning on hackintoshing it. I've read up as much as I possibly could in regards to getting everything ready.
That being said I do not have a mac available to me at this time to create the USB installation drive. I do, however, have the iso ready to go.
My question is whether or not a program exists for windows 8 that will allow me to create a bootable USB drive of Mavericks.
My google results left me with few answers, the one trick I did find was a program that allowed me to assign the drive the MasterBoot Record partition scheme and allow me to format it accordingly. Then from there I would use a program to install the Mavericks iso to the USB drive.
First time hackintosher here so please be gentle :)
