How would I use a thunderbolt display with my hackintosh?

So I have access to a Thunderbolt display but I can't get my computer to properly communicate with it. Currently my video card (GTX 770) has an HDMI, 2 DVIs and a full-size DisplayPort connection on the back.

Would attaching this to the end of the Thunderbolt's cable be enough to get it to communicate with my machine's full-size DisplayPort ?
