[QUESTION] Will a Hackintosh use/mess up the RAID0 from my Windows SSDs i already have set up?

So basically i have RAID0 setup on my windows 7 SSDs. If i set up RAID0 to use those same drives does that overwrite or mess up anything from when i set it up on my Windows side?

Wasn't sure how to ask that but i hope that makes sense.
