How do I migrate to Clover?

I run a multi box (OSX 10.10.3 on one SSD, Win 8.1 on another SSD). I use Chimera to choose one way or the other at boot. I use UniBeast on the Mac side.
iMessage/FaceTime doesn't want to play ball. I hear that Clover is more forgiving with those protocols - and is just better all around. How can I migrate my machine over to Clover? Do I need to wipe my Mac SSD entirely and start over, or is there a more elegant way to do it? How?

My system is: Board: H97N-WIFI CPU: i3-4360 Graphics: GTX 750Ti

Any suggestions would be really helpful. I'd LOVE to get iMessage and FaceTime running on this machine, since everything else runs so well.
