Installing iatkos v4.0 i with intel dual core processsor #iATKOS

I have a computer system with intel dual core 2.5 GHZ,MSI G31m3v2,3GB Ram and Graphic card is Nvidia 8400GS 512MB.When i boot with it,i had a problem that kernal panic error.Please give me a solution.
