Since Mavericks released, like everyone else I was trying to get my build to work.. However, after so much trial and error, I had made no progress and was wanting to quit. Well, that is until i read a direction, one small step that changed everything.
I had not unplugged my other drives during the install of OSX..
That little detail nearly caused a mental breakdown trying to fix this. My existing SSD with Win8 on it was causing the problems (go figure) with the bootloader not working. Once i popped the side panel off, disconnected the sata cables and then installed OSX, everything from there on out was smooth sailing.

The 120GB SSD is for OSX, the 250GB SSD is my Win8. I'm using the 2TB as a common drive to access files like music on both systems. No additional drivers had to be installed for OSX to recognize the 770 and all 4GB of its memory. The CPU is overclocked to 4.3 and runs great on both systems.
If anyone wants, I can share the Multibeast settings I used.
S/O to tonymacx86.com for their work, effort, programs, and easy to follow guides. Thanks!
