Ok so for the past couple weeks, osx has been booting successfully less and less. 7 out of 10 times i get a brief kernel panic. Here it is when booting with -v into Verbose Mode.
The thing is, when I remove 2 sticks of memory, it basically boots fine every single time. That kernel panic seems to be hinting at something USB related. But again, I remove 2 sticks of memory, no panics. I unplugged all my perifs except the keyboard just to check, but I've tested all USB ports on this thing and there are no issues.
I also ran Memtest on all 4 sticks for about 5 hours with no errors. When it boots, the memory causes NO issues or freezing. When it boots. Win8 has no problems booting no matter what, it's just osx that gives me this panic.
I updated to the latest stable BIOS, by default I had no XMP enabled, and the multiplier was set to "auto" at 1600. I changed XMP to "profile 1", and manually set the speed to 1600. Still no dice. I even tried changing the memory to "Enhanced stability" mode, but still with the panic.
Any advice would be helpful! I'm stuck!
