Tried and failed to hackintosh my laptop, need a mac for development in college, so going to try again.

I've an Acer Aspire S7-191-5334G12ass.

It has an Intel Core i5-3337u CPU. 4GB ram. 128GB SSD (2 in a 64GB raid).

What specifically would I have to do to hackintosh it? I've found this laptop tougher than my desktop to do. It has UEFI, do I disable that when trying to install OSX?

Also, what is the best variant of OS X to install? ML or Mavericks?
