I installed mavericks just fine, but after the post-install reboot, my machine hangs at the Welcome screen. Here's a picture of where it hangs. I've noticed that I'm able to interact with the GUI for roughly 10 seconds, then everything freezes, and the only solution is to reboot, where it gets stuck at the welcome screen again.
Has anyone had this issue before, or know of a way to solve it? I've tried removing my MSI 560TI and using the onboard graphics, but there seems to be no difference. I'm using Unibeast and the latest version of Mavericks available from the Mac App Store as of 6/16/14.
Specs:
- MSI 560TI
- Intel i5-2500k overclocked to 4.2 GHz
- Asrock z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3 Mobo
