i decided to re fix this and post a more up to date clean look at the process i been through to maybe heko someone find a way to help me fix this constant freezing issue. I'm at the point where i have no idea what else to try.
system specs
- ga x79-up4 BIOS verison F7
- intel i7 3930k
- msi gtx 680
- coolermaster modular 1000w PSU
- corsair h60
- case corsair 800D
sandisk SSD
I'm using FreeDSDT there were no dsdt for my motherboard
i have tried the freezfix app and that did not fix it
i have made sure to install voodoo and all cores work fine.
the machine boots fine but as soon as i remove a item from the dock, copy files, delete files, access users and groups to change something, it freezes
i have installed and tried NVIDIA web driver installer and that did not work
i am using BIOS version F7
virtualization is turned off in BIOS and using optimized settings
running mavericks 10.9.3
i have installed the cuda cores driver for mac that some users have said fixes the freezing and that also did not work it caused a kernal panic and i could not boot i had to redo the machine
