I've read a few old threads on here as well as a few I stumbled across via Google. The exFAT file system seems to be the magic bullet I need to have a set of disks that can be taken back and forth between my Windows 7 and OS X (10.9.x) desktops. Are there any drawbacks to exFAT that I should be aware of? Would anyone recommend something different?
