Would the following build be able to run Logic Pro X smoothly?

Looking into building a hackintosh and was wondering if this would suffice:

• 4 GB DDR2 (2x2) for the memory


• AMD Radeon HD4650 for the GPU


• Western Digital 640 GB HDD


• Intel Core2 Duo E8400 3GHz for CPU
