So, my poor MBP seems to be on the way out the door at the moment (long, sad story as she's lasted me 6 years) and I haven't built a PC since I was in High School.

Now, I want to build a dual-boot Win 8 and Mavericks/Yosemite (eventually), but I want something compact enough I could hide it next to the TV which I'll be using as a monitor with a wireless mouse/keyboard.

So, I've been toying around for a bit, and settled more or less on a build off of TonyMac. I took the i3 processor as I don't need anything super powerful right now and I'm trying to keep the budget lower, and the most gaming I'll do is up to maybe Mass Effect 3 / Dragon Age / Starcraft 2 in the next year (games I've been meaning to play through for a while now).

Now, on the Mac side I want to do some light dev work/study and learn iOS programming as my laptop isn't quite up to the task. Would this machine suffice, or should I spring for a better processor/bigger HD/??
