today I will be buying a new CPU and MOBO I was looking at a Z97 from gigabyte and the i5 4670k up from my current core duo t7400 and a 2006 dell mobo.... what will I need to do in order to upgrade? any updates prior to disassembly? I am currently dual booting windows 7 and mavericks. can I plug and play? please help.
