Is there a way to roll back to 10.9?

I don't have time machine set up but if I did a boot loader on a usb and then install onto the computer?

I have a UD5H Z77x, GTI 660ti, and Intel i7 3500. I had a flawlessly working machine until 10.9.2 and now it won't sleep, it won't shut down, and it starts up correctly only sometimes. I researched different BIOS settings and changed something per recommendation for my MOBO and now the computer won't boot at all and I can't even get into the BIOS to reset to default.

Any solutions / help would be greatly appreciated.
