So I ordered these parts today, I'm aiming to use my PC mainly for music production and programming related stuff and Logic studio is the main reason why I want to run OSX as a second OS. So it's gonna be a Windows 7 64bit Ultimate / OSX Mavericks dualboot setup, both probably on separate SSD's because I don't like the idea of partitioning a single SSD for both even though that's what I'm currently doing on my current PC's HDD.

I got a case and a nice power supply + 2x1TB HDD's already so no need to buy those.
I think this will do fine for both OSX and Windows but I'm a bit unsure about that cooler because I've never had a watercooler before but I read up some reviews and watched some videos about it and decided to get it, not sure if I will try to OC my CPU but maybe if the temps seem nice on stock clocks with this cooler.
So yeah, any criticism, ideas or anything about these part choices of mine? (Well, my also friend recommended some of these parts for me.) I know the motherboard is a bit overkill in terms of available PCi-E slots but I liked this one and there wasn't that much difference in price between this and some other ones I had to pick from so I went for it.
