I ended up getting the Gigabyte H61m-S1 motherboard for a pretty good price. I've seen some users have luck with using this mobo for a hackintosh. I've noticed that almost every build I've seen tends to use the same brand of RAM/PSU. From my experience with Apple products, it does not matter what brand of RAM is used. Is this the case with hackintosh or do I have to purchase a certain brand? For example, I'm thinking of using G.Skill or Crucial RAM. As for the processor, I'm probably going with a case/psu combo maybe from anker or rosewill. I'm up for messing with drivers or doing some extra setup work if thats all it takes. Thanks for the help!
