What should I do to be able to boot?

I have had my custom build for 2 years in November.

Processor: i7 Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 650 250 GB hdd Mother board: Asus Sabertooth Z77 Niresh

I disconnected my 60 GB ssd and terabyte to prevent corruption and connected the 250 GB drive. Everything works fine until boot where I get a white screen (sometimes with the apple logo) and it never boots on.When I run verbose mode nothing freezes and when I run safe mode I run into the same problem. So, that leaves me with the question, what should I do to be able to boot?
