I am looking to build a solid, and stable hackintosh to replace that one I currently have based on a EP45-UD3P motherboard, but it seems that all of the most recommended motherboards are out of production or ridiculously expensive. Ideally I'd like something that can easily come together using Unibeast/Multibeast method. In terms of performance, I would like it to comfortably run two HDMI-linked monitors (for KSP) and do some occasional video encoding via Handbrake and be as quiet as possible. Thanks.

Edit: I've looked at tonymac's Golden Builds and User Builds.
