I'm attempting to install Mavericks on an HP Evny 17 3070nr and am getting a white screen:

I'm using the flags -v cpus=1 to get this far without a kernel panic, I've tried GraphicsEnabler=Yes and IGPEnabler=No as well as PCIRootUID=0 with no avail, this laptop is running the following:
AMD Radeon HD 7690M XT switchable graphics
There is no option in the BIOS to switch the graphics cards to a permanent state either.
Any suggestions?
The noise in the background is me plugging in the mouse as it doesn't pick up the touchpad in the installer.
Edit: -x causes a kernel panic as well even with -v and cpus=1.
