I own an Asus Maximus VI Gene motherboard and it comes equipped with the mPCIe Combo card. I currently wish to upgrade to an official Apple wifi+BT card, but require an adapter to do so.

All I'm wondering is if that adapter will screw to the combo card, or if there are other problems with it fitting. I won't be using that little metal cover that comes with the combo card.
