I'm loking to move my hack from Antec Sonata III into a smaller mATX case (Rosewill Legacy U3) and looking for a new PSU. Antec has Earthwatts 500 (EA500D) PSU, which has been working fine but it's not modular. I am looking for a modular PSU to go with the new case. NewEgg has CS450M on sale for $30, but I'm not sure about reliability. Any other suggestions? Trying to keep cost <$75. Silent psu is a plus.

Here's what it will need to power:

CPU | Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor | $197.95 @ SuperBiiz

CPU Cooler | Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler | $59.99 @ Micro Center

Motherboard | Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory | Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory | $174.99 @ Amazon

Storage | Crucial M500 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive | $69.99 @ Amazon

Storage | Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive | $51.99 @ Directron

Case | Rosewill Legacy U3-B MicroATX Mini Tower Case | $89.99 @ Amazon

No discrete GPU at the moment, but I'd like headroom to power something like GTX 760.
