[Help] Everything in my hack is finally working, except the bootloader is not working correctly and I can only boot with cpus=1

I am using a Gigabyte Z97-HD3 with an i7 4790k. How can I solve these issues?

Also, random question, is it safe to update my hack straight from the App Store?
