Essentially my Yosemite install was acting up, so I decided to wipe it and reinstall with my Unibeast USB. When I try to boot from the USB, I can only get to the Yosemite installation about 20% of the time, the other times it being stopped by a kernel panic. In the event that I get access to the Yosemite installer, my computer freezes randomly once I click 'Install' (mouse and keyboard no longer function and no progress on installation continues). Has anyone encountered this issue? I am using a Gigabyte Z97-HD3 and an i7 4790k. All help is appreciated!
