Hi all,
So a few days ago I completed my first hackintosh build with Clover. Everything has been going fine, bar an issue with playing video. I had Youtube videos working, but when I went to play a video on VLC I got no video playback at all (but sound).
I was using my Radeon R9 270. I had used this fix here: http://www.hackintoshosx.com/files/file/4283-ati-radeon-r9-270-yosemite-1010/
I've been deliberating over selling my GPU as I don't have any real use for it now, so I just disconnected it to see if I could get my Intel HD4600 internal graphics to play video.
At this point I did nothing except enable the internal graphics in my mobo settings and disconnect the power from the R9-270.
Then I booted into Clover, i got a white multicolored coloured fuzzy screen for a few seconds on HDMI then it booted normally. Opened a video and it worked.
Now this is where I started making some mistakes and need some help rectifying them:
For some stupid reason I wasn't content with it working, so I went into my Clover Boot Configurator, went into the Graphics Driver settings and enabled InjectEDID and InjectIntel, I also sent to the trash the two ATI kexts (from the link above), from my UEFI partition.
Now, I reboot and I get stuck at the apple logo around half way. When I've booted into -v -x I get stuck at "missing bluetooth controller transport".
I disabled the HD4600 in BIOS and re-connected the Radeon GPU just to see if anything would change - but nope.
I've been scouring the web trying to find a solution but I'm not having much luck. I don't really know whats going on.
Can anyone help?
Thank you
