Yesterday I installed BCM94360CD wifi & bluetooth adapter card. The first boot after plugged in the card is fine and everything works. Then I switched to windows to installed bluetooth/wifi drivers. (I have windows and Yosemite in different drives). When I tried to boot into Yosemite later on, I stuck at the sign which is a circle with a line through it. Then I used verbose mode and find the following error message "Osxaptipfixdrv: Error - requested memory exceeds our allocated relocation block". And I can not boot into windows using clover anymore.

I have searched in google, some people fixed it by putting slide=0 in boot args but it didn't work for me. I also tried to unplugged the adapter card but it didn't work either.

I have nvidia webdriver 343.01.01f01 and I received an update notification in Osx but I rejected to update. It seems someone has this issue with 343.01.01f03.

What can I do now? I used the clover usb I made but it also failed. Can I just remove the OsxAptioFixDrv-64 in the boot usb and try again?
