I have just finished putting together my Yosemite install. I had disabled the SATA drive with Windows 8 on in the BIOS during the install so as not to mess anything up.
I re-enabled the Windows 8 drive after installing Clover. I definitely remember setting up Windows 8's SATA drive as GPT and not MBR but when I try to boot it (shows up in Clover as two drives, Legacy 1 and Legacy 2, I guess one is the System Reserved partition) it does not get past a blinking cursor.
I feel like somehow it has set up as non UEFI, further hinted by the BIOS listing it as P0 instead of UEFI. Is there an easy way to fix this without breaking any other partition or the boot loader?
