Specs: i5-520M, Intel HD graphics, Intel WLAN, Ricoh SD Card, etc
What I've tried: Unibeast, deleting .kexts for AppleIntelHD* , Restoring from BaseSystem.dmg, and using myHack.
The first thing I tried was Unibeast. Using -v -x npci=0x2000 cpus=1 dart=0 I could get to the end of Verbose boot and then it hung on a black screen. I left it sit for about 20-25 minutes with no change whatsoever. For a few minutes about halfway through the fans spun all the way up briefly. I also deleted the Intel .kexts with the same result.
The weirdest issue I had was when I used MyHack. On the HDD in the laptop there is Win7, Ubuntu, and Mint Linux on 50GB partitions each. When I tried booting to the MyHack stick, it said BOOT0 GPT:ERROR quickly and then booted into Win7. This could be be causing of the partitioning of the drive as it was a GUID/HFS+ stick and a MBR drive. So I tried formatting it to MBR/HFS+ with the same result.
Tl;DR haven't even reached the install screen, Thinkpad is not loving OSX at all
