Build- i5 4690k, gigabyte z97n-wifi, 16 gb crucial, 120 samsung ssd, 550 seasonic
This is my first build. Yosemite was installed with uni/multi beast, but I have a few problems.
1) I have a USB keyboard and it´s not allowing me to enter UEFI BIOS with delete key. To setup bootloader I had to reset cmos. Im worried its hardware, but hoping the keyboard is at fault.
2) Network issues--I have a tplink wdn4800 which is natively supported on my machine and finding networks, but wont allow me to connect to my network. It gives an "invalid password" message, although I know my password is correct and my iphone connects without problem. Signal is low as the router is two floors below me, but like I said iPhone works and previous Air worked. I´ve tried a variety of troubleshooting tips found using google and havent had any luck.
3) Instability. My machine will freeze once in awhile. Also, the boot screen starts normal, if slow, and then flashes black and finishes the boot in a glitchy screen very quickly. Is this normal behavior for a hackintosh?
Any thoughts?
