I work on a desktop Hackintosh in my home office but when I travel for work, etc. I carry & use my 2011 MacBook Pro. Because I work with a lot of different data sources and programs, I plan to configure a bidirectional sync of all the data in my Users folder to ensure my workflow is seamless. I use ChronoSync (highly recommended) to handle the heavy work and ensure that I am using identical versions of OS X, iTunes, etc.
My question is this: which files or directories should I exclude from the bidirectional sync to avoid corrupting my legit Mac with my Hackintosh and vice-versa? I'm essentially looking for a summary of file locations which are modified by Hackintoshing relative to OS X running on legitimate Mac hardware.
