I got my laptop fully running Yosemite, but how do I get HDMI,card reader, and sleep to work?

After countless hours, I finally dual booted Windows 8.1 and Yosemite. However, I cannot get sleep, card reader, and the HDMI port to work.

Here are my specs: Intel Core i3 370M

ATI Radeon HD 5650M

4GB DDR3
