I've been planning to switch from my existing buggy AMD hackintosh to a nice i7-4790k/Gigabyte.
There is a deal at a local store where I can get the 4790k and the GA-Z97X-GAMING 7 board together for $340.
This is a good deal, the i7 alone is 330 on amazon, giving me the motherboard for, in essence, 10 dollars.
I just want to make sure that the motherboard will work, with LAN and audio chipset. I know the CPU is supported, and I have a graphics card that I can get to work.
Oh, and the deal is at microcenter, in store only.
