Hi All
Long story short, been asked to look at a laptop as they were having issues and out of warranty, turns out the hdd is dead so will be looking at replacing it or upgrading to an ssd for them but in the bios it has an admin password installed and they have never done it and the bought it from currys new (I very much doubt it shipped with an admin password on it) so in the bios i can change any settings at all like boot order ect.
I have tried master passwords but none seem to work, any body got any ideas how to get around this at all? as i cant boot in to windows or from a usb ect
Thanks
