[Success] GA Z97X Gaming 5, 4790K, GTX 970, Clover, Dual-boot

Hey /hackintosh, this is my new machine. I upgraded from my previous GA X58 UD5/core i7 920 that has served me very well during the years. I only had experience with unibeast/chimera previously, but this time I went with Clover witch feels a lot more modern.

It took a bit more research, but no real hickups during install. Some fiddeling with bootflags to boot without nvidia drivers, but once booted ity was painless to install them and enjoy full acceleration.

I used RampageDevs guide and DSDT for my mobo.

The hardest part of all this was probably to install that monster of a CPU-cooler...it was a pita tbh. But it looks nice and cools very good.

I boot Yosemite from one SSD, and windows 7 from the other.
