Not all of us can afford Z97 Gigabyte boards, so I'd like to recommend the ASRock H81M which you can buy for around $60.
It has fully working audio, LAN and even sleep! I personally used a G3258 overclocked to 4.2Ghz but the H81M supports all Haswell CPUs.
I installed with Niresh because I liked the simplicity of using a DVD but I'm sure Unibeast and other methods will also work. However I have not tried using Clover so I cannot comment on that.
The only issue I had was that it did not boot when the graphics card was in the bottom slot, so make sure that if you have a graphics card, it is installed in the top slot. I used a GTX560 but any supported card will work.
Audio: ALC892 can be installed using Multibeast
LAN: Used this kext, install using Kext Wizard and rebuild cache http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300056-solution-for-qualcomm-atheros-ar816x-ar817x-and-killer-e220x/
Sleep: Seems to be working OOB.
Things like speedstep all seem to be working since I can see the clock speed change according to what I'm doing.
