Would be you recommend as a checklist after install Mac OS X?

I installed OS X 10.10 and everything is working OK AFAIK, but I'd to:



  • enable SSD using Clover to replace a string in a kext

  • verify that SpeedStep is working


So I was wondering, are there other things that would be useful to verify that working correctly? I don't mean drivers for devices, but things that you could take for granted as TRIM and don't notice because the HDD works anyway.
