Okay, so I plan to dual boot with an existing install of Windows 10. However, my primary hard drive is an SSD, only 120GB, so I don't want to install there.

I have a 3TB drive I'm using, but I only want to block out a 1TB partition to install OS X on. Anyway, when I disconnect all but the 3TB drive, Disk Utility in my bootable USB lists 3 partitions, diskOs1, 2, and 3, which are 1MB, 133.2MB, and 3TB respectively.

I currently in Windows, have created a 1TB partition, so according to Windows, there's a 1TB partition (exactly 1TB, based off of 1024GB not 1000), and the other one with my files. However, I would like to keep the files, and, actually, between my 500GB external drive, my 320GB external, and my other 500GB internal, they don't fit, so I can't really move them and repartition the whole thing in OS X.

Is there some way I can fix this?
