So I removed my SSD (which has Windows on it) while installing El Capitan just in case something goes wrong. I've successfully installed El Capitan, it's working perfectly but when I plugged in my SSD and tried to boot into it, it just had a flashing dash. The partition is showing on my desktop on El Capitan, but perhaps I missed something I should've installed?
