I made a bootable Flash Drive. Can I use it with my Windows 10 laptop?

I'm new to the world of mackintosh, so sorry if this is a simple question. I made a bootable flash drive of El Capitan on my macbook, and it works fine on it, but I would like to know if I can boot into El Cap on my Windows laptop. (Lenovo y510p)
