How do I partition a hard drive to be shared as main windows partition and a Hackintosh slave drive?

Not very sure of the verbiage but I have on SSD which I want to be the Hackintosh boot drive. I also have one hard drive which I want to split into two partitions, one half as the windows boot drive and the other half as an extension of the hackintosh drive.

How do I achieve this?
