What the general process for installing OS X one SSD and Windows on the other SSD?

I have a mini ITX build that I'm planning to use a hackintosh,and it will look like this: Windows - 240gb boot SSD, 1tb main storage OSX - 120gb SSD

My question is, because they are on separate hard drives, can I just instal Windows as normal on the first SSD, and the normal hackintosh process on the other, or is there a special way I have to do it?
