On March 12, a very odd behavior began in my Finder. After a few minutes uptime, it would not redraw any windows or the desktop but would still respond to commands... you just couldn't see what you were doing.
When you open a folder it either appears empty or takes on the appearance of what was already on the screen before the folder opened, not unlike window redraw issues in Windows 9X.
Relaunching the finder restores function, but just rests the clock; the redraw error occurs again.
On the Tonymac forums, at least three different users have experienced the problem beginning at the same exact time, suggesting a common cause based on SOMETHING that happened that day. Nobody's figured out what that might be.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? Has anybody using an OS other than Mavericks experienced this problem?
