Using a VM like parallels, can a windows VM booting from a second drive in the machine take full advantage of the processor and gpu. I understand that often with a virtual machine the ram gets divided between the two OSes running. Not sure if this same thing happens with other system hardware.

I want to build a machine that is solid for gaming but I don't want to reboot into windows every time I game.
