So here is basically what I had to do to make this thing run.
In BIOS disable EPU, leave everything very vanilla. In my case I disabled speed step and turbo just to avoid kernel panics, might not be needed.
Use Clover 3220, any newer version DOES NOT BOOT. (Don't know the reason yet). I tried using clover installer instead of the UniBeast way and wouldn't work. Tried UniBeast and it got it to boot, the only difference between both setups was the version of Clover.
Boot flags: dart=0 nv_disable=1
Kexts: ALC887, Realtek 8111, Intel power management kext (can't remember the name).
Set SMBIOS to iMac 14,1. I know it's not the Sandy Bridge one, but it's the only one that seems to work properly SO FAR.
If having problems booting, use the nv_disable=1 flag in Clover. ATTN: If for whatever reason nvda_drv=1 shows up, DON'T DELETE IT, just write nv_disable=1 AFTER it.
Once on your desktop, install the nVidia Web Drivers. Reboot.
Mileage may vary: if when booting you're having problems with the cache pages shit, change the OsxAptioDrvFix and replace it with OsxAptioDrv2Fix in Clover.
After this, with the flags dart=0 and nvda_drv=1 it should boot.
If you're getting screen to power save while connecting thru display port after boot. DON'T RESTART. Just unplug and re-plug the display port cord from the video card and the screen will come on. This is the last thing I need to fix. ACTUALLY> Turning off and on the screen works too, and it's way more convenient .
