Previously trying to Hackintosh my PC, I failed to with a problem that was never fixed.

after fixing that, I happily successfully installed Mac. Although, after trying to boot up on my Hard drive for the second part of the setup, it booted up with the bar halfway then the screen flashes parts of the loading screen then leads to a white screen with a movable Spinning beach ball. Here are some things that could be causing the problem I had before: I have 2 USB 3.0 ports (but not used), I had 2 monitors plugged in during installation and boot up attempt on Mac Hard drive.

Some say that R9 380 Series are just 200 series re-branded.
