I just shut down and was going to windows. Decided to boot back to OS X. Regardless pressing F12 was not bringing up the boot drive selector (not the right words there) Mobo just hung on code 64 so I started looking for the definition of the code on my phone and after about 3 minutes it booted into clover no problem.
I found codes 63-67 mean <CPU DXE initialization is started>
