I have a vanilla install of Yosemite in Workstation 12, but even after installing tools and the beamoff application I still get lag when opening launchpad and browsing on safari.
I understand the experience in VMWare will never be perfect, but wouldn't mind it being a bit faster! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
