Can't boot El Capitan without USB.

I've installed clover to my desktop after using multibeast for kext installation. I've mounted the efi and copied it onto my desktop.

When I remove the usb and try to boot, clover boot comes up, select my HDD "El Capitan" and my screen goes black.
