Can I use a Xeon?

So, I'm trying to put together my Hackintosh:

But I want to cut some costs. Can I use a Xeon with my build (obviously I'll swap mobo and RAM, I just mean in general)? I'd want to use the E3-1321v3 in place of the i7. I think LinusTechTips did it before. Thanks!
